Lauren Holscher

Speech-Language Pathologist

Lauren Holscher, MS, CCC-SLP, is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. She has been helping children and families grow their communication skills since 2015. She earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from SUNY New Paltz in New York and relocated to North Carolina in 2018. Her experience includes working with children, birth through school age, in a variety of settings.

She is passionate about supporting pediatric clients and their families, with particular interests in language development, articulation, and augmentative communication. Lauren believes every child learns differently and deserves an approach that honors their unique strengths, interests, and stage of development. Her therapy style is warm, playful, and rooted in meaningful learning that feels natural and functional. 

Because life happens beyond the therapy room, Lauren strives to create opportunities for skills to carry over into daily routines, family interactions, friendships, and community experiences. She values respect, patience, and kindness, and views families as essential members of the therapy team.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring new places, and taking walks in nature. I am a wife, a mom of two young children, and the proud owner of a dog who is convinced he is human!
