Michelle Thompson

Speech-Language Pathologist/Clinical Coordinator

Michelle Thompson, MS, CCC-SLP, is an ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist with more than 30 years of pediatric clinical experience and specialized training in feeding therapy. She is an ASHA ACE Award recipient and is dedicated to supporting children and families through evidence-based, relationship-centered care.


Michelle enjoys working with infants through elementary-aged children and is passionate about parent coaching, early intervention, and helping families feel supported throughout the therapy process. Her expertise includes more than 200 hours of oral motor and feeding training, the SOS Approach to Feeding, Hanen Certification in both It Takes Two to Talk and More Than Words, and additional training in infant massage.


As a parent herself, Michelle brings a compassionate understanding of how deeply families want to help their children and how overwhelming therapy can sometimes feel. She values parents as important partners in their child’s progress.


Michelle's foundation is her family. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their two grown children, and their beloved dogs. She also enjoys reading, crafting, and creative projects.
