Amanda Radcliffe

Occupational Therapist

Amanda Radcliffe, M.S., OTR/L is a licensed Occupational Therapist who earned her Master’s in Occupational Therapy from Radford University. Before becoming an OT, Amanda worked with children as a pediatric CNA and as the director of an after-school program through the YMCA, experiences that helped spark her passion for supporting children’s growth and development.


Amanda has experience in outpatient pediatrics and completed fieldwork in an inpatient mental health setting. She especially enjoys helping children develop fine motor skills, emotional regulation, and sensory processing abilities so they can feel more confident and capable in everyday activities. Amanda values building strong connections with families and working as a team to help each child reach their goals. She brings a playful, creative, and encouraging approach to therapy, helping children feel safe, engaged, and excited to participate.


Outside of work, Amanda enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, exploring new places, and bringing creativity into everything she does.
