Brianna Christiano

Occupational Therapist

Brianna Christiano, M.S., OTR/L became an Occupational Therapist in March 2026 after completing her master’s degree in December 2025. Before becoming an OT, she worked as a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist with experience in behavioral health, young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and geriatrics. Her occupational therapy experience includes pediatrics and Level 2 acute care, with a focus on neurological care and ICU settings.


Brianna is passionate about pediatrics and supporting individuals with neurological and physical disabilities across the lifespan. Her clinical strengths include sensory processing, emotional regulation, promoting independence, and encouraging meaningful play.


She uses a family-centered, strengths-based approach that meets each child where they are. Brianna believes therapy should be engaging, meaningful, and play-based while targeting functional skills that carry over into daily routines. She values collaboration with families and shares practical strategies to support progress at home.


Born and raised in Mooresville, North Carolina, Brianna enjoys time with her husband, daughter, and dog, as well as boating, traveling, and country concerts.
