Tracy is the Practice Manager for our Mooresville and Stanley clinics, and simply put, she is irreplaceable. Tracy joined Pam Manser & Associates in April 2019, bringing an AS degree in Medical Administrative Assisting from Ultimate Medical Academy (2011) and 9 years of experience in health administration. You'll likely have the pleasure of meeting or speaking with Tracy at some point along your therapy journey with us!

Tracy wears many hats including payroll, billing, invoicing, staff onboarding, assisting with patient referrals and scheduling, and therapist credentialing, to name a few. She's truly the glue that binds our practice together, always keeping the best interests of patients, families, therapists, and staff at heart. Tracy is hard working and dedicated in her work with our practice. She is respectful, empathetic and a great listener, and has a gift for finding solutions that work for everyone.

Outside of work, Tracy's true love is her family. She and her husband have three children, with grandchildren now joining the mix. She loves hosting big family gatherings for holidays, or just because. To Tracy, any day with her family is a special occasion.
