Jennifer Basch, MS, CCC-SLP, is an ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of pediatric clinical experience. She is the Founder and Managing Member of Connec-to-Talk, a multi-state pediatric therapy organization dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based services that help children and families thrive.

Jennifer has extensive experience working with infants through adolescents and is passionate about early intervention, autism spectrum disorders, childhood apraxia of speech, and family-centered care. She is PROMPT-trained and has advanced training in the Kaufman Speech to Language Protocol (K-SLP), allowing her to support children with complex communication needs through individualized, evidence-based treatment approaches.

Throughout her career, Jennifer has remained committed to empowering families and fostering meaningful progress through collaboration, education, and support. She believes parents and caregivers are essential partners in the therapy process and strives to create an environment where families feel heard, supported, and confident in their child's journey.

As both a clinician and business leader, Jennifer is dedicated to expanding access to high-quality pediatric services and building programs that positively impact the communities they serve.

Outside of work, Jennifer's greatest joy is her family. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, staying active, reading, and pursuing creative and entrepreneurial projects that inspire growth and connection.
